"I have ordered the same Sandwich and Soup/Mac Half Bacon Turkey Bravo with Mac and cheese and bread as a side for 2 years. The sandwich itself had a major change last year (for the worst but was still good enough to keep buying).
The portions have been inconsistent for the past 2 or 3 months. With each reorder the quality goes down too.
Last time the bread on the sandwich was smaller, the veggies were old, and the cheese was almost non-existent. This time the French bread that comes with the sandwich was skinny and tasted funny.
