Had to microwave everything including some peas."

"I have been ordering from this location for quite some time now. Has been great quality throughout. However the past couple times I have noticed a quality issue, not sure if you have all new staff or what is going on. I just ordered a Carolina BBQ Burger which to my surprise has no bbq sauce in it, just a little bit of mayo accompanied with a giant chunk of lettuce, and a missing pickle. Triple O's quality is what differentiates it from other fast food places but I haven't seen that as of lately. "

Stopped in late and grabbed the Papa Burger with bacon, a large fries, and a big frosted root beer 🍺. Absolute win. The burger was hot, stacked, and messy in the best way: two juicy patties, melted cheese, crisp lettuce and tomato, and that smoky bacon that actually tastes like bacon—not paper-thin disappointment. The bun was soft but held together, and the sauce balanced everything without drowning it. That root beer in a frosted mug is ice-cold, creamy, and nostalgic—like the first sip resets your mood. It cut the richness of the burger and made the fries taste even better.
The fries deserve their own shoutout. They came out fresh, perfectly salted, and whoever’s on seasoning duty understands the assignment: savory, a little peppery kick, and zero soggy sadness at the bottom of the bag. I finished the whole thing before I even hit the next light.
Night shift drive-thru was the real MVP. Friendly, fast, and accurate, even with a line. No attitude, no rushing, just solid service and a “have a good night” that sounded genuine.

The reason it is getting 2 stars is because the Sante Fe that I ordered is supposed to come with basmati rice... it didn't, so it was a significantly less filling meal than I had been counting on. that's a pretty big part of it missing. "Just a warning to those who order the "Build your own Pizza": it does not automatically come with any cheese, which is quite surprising since it's a given at any other pizza restaurant I've ordered from when building my own pizza. In the optional cheese section, I assumed that section was for adding extra cheese. I did not want extra cheese so I skipped it. It turned out that I received a cheeseless pizza. So if you enjoy cheese on your pizza, make sure you select it. (There's a charge for it). That said, even without the cheese, my pizza was delicious! It is clear they put their heart into their food and their service. Their butter chicken is absolutely delicious; however, I encourage folks to change things up and instead of ordering that common go-to curry, try something new to you! Everything you can find here is amazing. Most recently, I enjoyed the butter chicken samosa as a quick tasty snack!
