"I used to really like this location, but for whatever reason lately they seem to be struggling to follow basic instructions and making very inconsistent drinks. The coffees are very weak and watered down, and either too sweet or not sweet enough even though I order the exact same thing every time. My husband's strawberry acai refresher with sweet cream foam, and a splash of vanilla sweet cream is almost always incorrect and lacking something. This time it was lacking both the sweet cream splash and strawberry puree. Never been to a Starbucks with this level of inconsistency in preparing beverages. Combined with the astronomical charges DoorDash adds for basic alterations, I just can't recommend it anymore"
