You don't get much in the sandwich and they're slacking on paying attention to the customizations as well. The one thing I love in a sandwich that Jersey Mikes doesn't have is avocado. Plus their sandwiches are so much bigger and you get more filling. Bread to filling ratio with Jimmy John's is off to me. So much bread and a hint of whatever filling it is.
