The reason I rated Panera "Didn't like" today is that I ordered two of the Tuna Salad sandwiches expecting to have 1 for a nice lunch & to have the other at dinner time. I did this just for the simple reason that I like Tuna Salad and wanted to enjoy it again later in the day. However; when I bit into the first sandwich I was very disappointed with 1 major part of the sandwich.
Yes, I had requested No tomatoes on either sandwiches (that is what I got -- thank you). The service area did add more lettuce than I expected (thank you, again). The problem is that the amount of Tuna Salad that was on the 1st of the sandwiches (though it still tasted as good as usual) was only half as much as what I usually get on any single sandwich I have ever ordered (I know this because it is a favorite sandwich & I have order it many times before today). After I ate my lunch I checked the 2nd of the sandwiches and it is exactly the same as the 1st one. I will still eat the 2nd sandwich later for dinner. However, I am disappointed in both the total lack of care or concern in 1st the "Quality of the Products" & 2nd in the lack of responsibility shown & not achieved by the "Customer Service Area" who had them delivered to me. The Garlic Bread was missing pesto sauce that comes with it(we had 2 orders) and just a small square from a loaf, but bread itself was good. TheZuppa di Isabella Bowl had a greasy orange pool on top of it(how do you get grease from asparagus and lobster?) but no lobster was in soup; some small asparagus slices but no asparagus/lobster taste; could taste flour maybe? IDK but not appetizing. zI paid way too much for what looks awful. I came from downtown to pick up.in rush hour. Would not order again"
