A little less time in the fryer would be ideal. Wow egg rolls I have to give a 10! Just crispy enough not overdone. Last week I tried out the competition and their rolls were 30% larger, and my bill was similar in price to this order. I was still hungry after finishing my dinner. Also there was only enough wasabi for whar I typically place on one roll and there were no napkins in the bag. You are delivering to a room in a hotel. I should not have to go down to the restaurant in the hotel and have to ask them for napkins for a dinner that I didn't purchase from them. "
"Portion size is extremely small. Ordered chicken hibachi and everything was bland. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was reheated boiled chicken with some sauce squirted on top at the end. The veggies were just steamed with no seasoning. The rice tasted like it was a couple days old.

"Absolutely stellar food. I worked as a cook in a traditional Chinese restaurant for almost 6 years and this Kung Pao chicken is just as good as the Kung Pao I used to make for myself. Lo mein noodles are cooked and seasoned to perfection. The crab Rangoons are obviously wrapped in high quality skins because I can't remember the last time I had one this crispy. The cumin beef, and the e beef chow fun had very tender beef slices. The braised pork belly pieces cubes and sauce was excellent! We will try the Homestyle bean curd vegetables again which had good tasting black mushroom/fungi, bell peppers and nicely pan fried tofu. This was missing the cabbage and snow peas according to DD description. The very pleasant and understanding owner/mgr says that the description is incorrect on the DD menuppp. The tasty chicken feet are exactly what I wanted (hubby, no). We also liked the shrimp rolls (3) and the dipping sauce so good! Not sure about the pumpkin pies which was more like a softer sesame ball texture but definitely could be sweeter.
