Shrimp Mac Po boy : the jumbo shrimp used is great for the looks, but I would've prefered chopped blend of shrimp and mac, making it easier to eat with balanced bites. adding a spicy shrimp option would be a nice option. the fries that came with the plate were meh.
Fried Shrimp with Hushpuppies were eexactly what I/anyone would expect.
Southern Cheesy Mac side was good, but it has a seafood seasoning vibe to it. if that's what youre looking for, great! but i would've preferred a rich/creamy sharp white cheddar mac that would give a break from the main seafood dish. had such a mac been used on the shrimp mac po boy, I would've been in heaven and rated 100%!
