Half of the container was tripe. and I know the recipe was authentic because on top in the center is an entire hoof and ankle joint. I love cartilagenous meats, and this was perfect. I ordered a bacon and turkey sandwich that my daughter seemed to like, but the Mediterranean sandwiches were a mess and falling apart. They are my absolute favorite sandwiches there and these were so disappointing and difficult to eat as well as small in portion size.
I wish the Door Dash app would let you enter Panera rewards information and would also let you customize the sandwiches in the family feast.
