The chicken wings were burnt and broken resulting in little tiny chicken bone pieces everywhere and the vegetables look like they were ripped apart by hand rather than cut by a knife. Recommend staying away especially during dinner time on the weekends. This location really needs to stop letting people order large party platters during prime hours because they just dont have the kitchen capacity to support it and their quality takes a noticeable nose dive."

"Ever since Starbucks has changed over to the cardboard cups, I'm paying over eight dollars for ice. This was a DoorDash order and every iced drink ordered feels like a heavy brick. This happens EVERY time I order Starbucks via DoorDash or at the store.
The problem is when you DoorDash a drink, you can't return the cup of ice with a dash of coffee. They also don't have an option for light ice in the DoorDash app like they do in the main Starbucks app if you go into the store or their drive-thru.
Corporate needs to do better for their customers, especially since it's over eight dollars for a cup of ice. They have become a part of the shrink-flation mentality and they're able to hide it now that the cups are no longer clear, but you can still tell without opening the lid because it's like carrying a brick!"
