To be clear, we ordered the drunken noodles because of a previous review that said it was "so spicy it had to be thrown away" (we love spicy food and this sounded like a fun challenge). It was absolutely delicious, please ignore that review because it definitely could've been far spicier and still too delicious to throw away. Unless you're allergic to actual pepper, in that case there's an option clearly labeled mild.
The flavors are exactly as balanced and multifaceted as you could ever hope for, the veggies are varied and crisp and delicious, everything cooked to a perfect texture, cannot speak highly about this place enough.
Overall, if I could afford to eat here every day I'd keep them in business all by myself. Absolutely beyond delicious.
The taro "smoothie" was fantastic as well. Not too sweet, super satisfying. "

"I tried P9. Chicken Pho (Chicken Broth) at a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed! I usually get brisket and meatballs. I think they have the best tasting pho broth from any other restaurant I have tried, and also the best A1. Shrimp Spring Rolls in town. I hype this restaurant up to everyone I know. I order DoorDash when I'm sick or busy, but going into the restaurant is also delightful. The employees know my order and always give me candy while I sip on my tea and wait for my order. I will always come here for pho and red Thai tea! "

"I was disappointed with the soup I ordered. I got the "hue" soup and asked for egg noodles but was given Vermicelli. The chicken wasn't cleaned well, that was unappetizing. The broth was great but the soup wasn't worth the almost $20, I wouldn't order that again. On the bright side, the pork spring roll and mango sticky rice were both delicious.
