"Amici's Detroit Style Three Cheese Red Top Pizza (10"x14") is quality for a budget price. The crumb is light and fluffy, similar to another high-priced high-quality Detroit pizza place in San Jose The bottom and sides are crispy and full of crunchy baked cheese. My only complaint is there is hardly any sauce at all! There is almost no sauce on the pizza and that good crumb is crying out to sop up some marinara! I paid for the extra 3oz sauces, but it is just a small condiment cup and not nearly enough to dunk that good pizza crust into! That other pizza place sells 8oz tubs of marinara for cheap and 1-2 is plenty! I had to open a new jar of pasta sauce both times I've ordered this pizza!
The Four Cheese Lasagna is a large portion enough for two people with a side or for 2 different meals. It is thick with pasta and cheese and comes with plenty of marinara. I wish they had a veggie version, but this certainly is what it claims to be. Good flavor.
The Minestrone Soup is very chunky with veggies and shell pasta. I like a chunky soup, but I'd like maybe a little more broth to dunk some bread into. It's a smaller portion than I've had elsewhere, but it is good.
