I ordered the 2 entree plate with 2 appetizers. Honestly, the appetizer was the best part of the dish. The food was cold, dry and the orange chicken didnt have any sauce, it was like chicken nuggets with rice. Not much flavor and protein portion was small. The cookie is a plain, hard, sugar cookie. Not at all whats shown in the picture.

Portions are great with the full size Shake, however the portions of their Waffle Fries or regular fries can be hit or miss. Sometimes the boxes are plenty full but sometimes they can be a bit light.
Make sure you tear any plastic bags open right away- their packaging with the plastic bags could be improved to allow the food to vent so food doesn't get soggy. Not a deal breaker but a simple adjustment would go a long way.
All in all, a regular go to for some reliable comfort food and I am a regular customer. Would order more often if they had some healthier options like salads or sides of fruit and more vegetarian options. Also wish their ice cream sodas were listed on DD."
