So, there was frosting smeared on all sides of the inside of the lid and box. I have never had issues ordering from the other Crumbl location down by University Village. "I figured I would try ordering again from this place. I love pretzle bites. I ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 crispy pretzel dog bites. I got 1 whole pretzel bites, and that was it. I'm completely disatisfied. It took them over an hour and half before they even had the order ready to give the dasher. Though the bites I got weren't awful, they did taste partially raw. I was hoping they got better. They didn't. I can't justify ordering from them again."

Flavors were good and I love the bread but definitely felt hungry after eating it. The Loaded Potato soup was pretty thick for a soup and a small portion for $7.39. My husband arrived 15-20 min and, waited 20 min more while they made the order. He got home and we have 8 churro's and they are stone cold, have no flavor and are like rubber. And, there's no au jus for my french dip. I get it's a Friday night and yes he picked up. He'll triple check the bag next time. But the point is, we paid over $50 . That shouldn't be the result. "

"I am once again so disappointed in cracker barrel for the third and last time and it makes me sad to report that my food was absolutely horrible. I had to door dash food because we are all super sick. We wanted some homestyle cooked food, that used to be one of our favorite spots for this type of food. The dumplings are extremely salty and as thick as my finger. After chewing for 10 seconds it's just a mouthful of very smarmy flour paste. It's also extremely dense and in away hard. The Pinto beans are so dry it's like eating bean powder, along with the meatloaf and hash casserole. And once again they forgot to include the condiments that go with the beans and greens. The greens have zero flavor, but that was fortunately something I could save by adding things from my kitchen. The last time I ordered from here, I purchased biscuits and gravy and they sent everything but the gravy. The portion of the apples and meatloaf were small as well. Consistently disappointed with this restaurant. And it's been times we are sick bedridden. Not worth the 50 bucks and this is the first time I have ever left a bad review for a restaurant. "
