"The Fire Wings were actually so spicy, they really surprised me but the flavor was great. I will say the packaging made it so the coating kind of lost its crisp from the condensation but they were still very good. The Halal guys style bowls were also really tasty and the perfect lunch to split with someone. I didn't end up getting the extra hot sauce I ordered but I didn't need it LOL"

"Delicious, thoughtfully packaged, arrived and stayed hot. But did I say delicious. The food tasted like someone put a lot of care into preparing each component. Super tender Fessenjan (Boneless Chicken leg in Pomegranates Walnut Sauce) (Late Night), meat falling off the bone. Grilled vegetables were delicious, as were the hummus pita and cucumber salad. The Hot Tea (Home made) was delicious with the Mamoul with Date or Walnut (2 pieces) as dessert. Would order regularly if we lived closer!"

"I ordered the Lamb Biryani and it was perfection. Flavorful, spiced well, generous portions of lamb layering the bottom of the tray, and enough for three-four meals (for one person). If you've eaten in, you know this place is a hole in the wall attached to a small grocery store. It reminds me of the places in Korea that are open for long hours and cater to cab drivers and folks working night shifts by offering wholesome meals for cheap and without any frills. This is exactly what you get with Shan's. No frills, delicious food that is going to fill you up without emptying your wallet. Highly recommend."

"That was one of, if not the best Gryo I have ever had. It had a lot of thick strips and chunks of very well cooked Gryo meat. I spent that extra $1.99 for extra meat and hell yeah for $1.99 it was definitely worth it and I'm definitely going to be ordering from here again. Give it a try, trust me you won't be disappointed."
"I ordered two Chicken Shawerma Sandwich سندويش شاورما دجاج wraps in tomato basil flats, a double cheeseburger, and two beef meat pies-- large.
Everything was good, except for the meat pies. They don't look anything like the photo at all and were very light with the beef filling. I took pictures, but there's no accommodation to upload here. They were not bulging "pillows" with an open square in the middle, but were overlapping flaps of dough. No pine nuts, either. I would think that less than half a cup of beef was inside the folded dough, as there was empty space at the folds. It would be charitable to describe them as MEDIUM, not large.
I was very disappointed. I would not order them again.
Would like to get a refund for them, in fact.
The Double Cheeseburger was above average, with a goodly amount of tomato, lettuce, onion, etc. The Chicken Shawerma Sandwich wraps were superb, better than ones I bought from a different restaurant. I will probably order the wraps again.
So, the lack of consistency is the overall problem.

"This meal is so yummy, but I wish the Butter Chicken Combo had more chicken in it. They only give your tiny pieces of chicken for the $12 meal box.😢. Everything tastes fresh, and I would order again. Please add more chicken."
"I love this restaurant, just would like to see more consistency in the items in Pothichoru..this time I hardly got much of the veggie dishes when compared to the amount of rice. Hardly a spoon of thoran, a small spoon of chutney...was dissatisfied.."

"Been eating here for a while, most of the dishes I've had were great, especially the chicken boti and the veggie biryani, watch out for bones in some dishes. The prices have definitely gone up, and portions have always been pretty good. Overall a little expensive, but a few people should be happy and full and/or last you a few good meals."
"I usually order from Sabri and love their frontier chicken rice, nihari, and naan. But today’s experience was utterly disappointing. I ordered their chicken makhni, which was listed on doordash as their second best dish, but it tasted weird and off. I could barely finish it. I also ordered the vegetables pakoras and they were terrible. They had a bitter taste and seemed to be cooked in low-quality oil. Overall, my experience was underwhelming, and I would never recommend anyone to order these two dishes from Sabri"

"The lamb mandi hits every single time. Im ngl it is expensive but its literally the best Yemeni restaurant here."
"Amazing flavors ! Something so different and delicious. Portion sizes are big! You'll definitely have leftovers if you order the chicken mandi. We tried the beef matabaq. Definitely great for snacking. Again the flavors are just so goooood!! We tried the barbican drinks which are flavored malt beverage and it was delicious and so refreshing and right amount of sweetness. The pomegranate was my favorite.i can't wait to order again! Only thing for the chicken dish. Since it's roasted you have to be very careful with the bones. They are very brittle and some pieces are as small as a tiny pebbles but otherwise everything was just overall great experience. Can't wait to try more dishes next time !"

"The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent. Unlike most places, the chicken was actually done in the tandoor oven! It had great smokiness and flavor. I asked for extra spicy and it was a perfect level. The Garlic Naan was fluffy and not as flavorful, but got the job done and was a good price."
"Chicken Tikka Masala was not great compared to others I've had. Samosas were good. Naans are small. Have had better Indian food for cheaper price elsewhere."

"Very good spot, will be our new be go-to for Indian! Vegetable Samosas came in 2 per order, accidentally ordered three. I wish they weren't as salty but still tasted good. We got medium spice chicken Tikka masala (good level of spice that grows as you eat and flavorful sauce, more than just that tomato taste some spots have) butter chicken was incredibly creamy and also cooked well, got spicy and could've gotten a level up. chicken biryani was also flavorful and the lemon wedge helps brighten up the flavor. also tried garlic naan (would order again, solid garlic taste) and the tandoori roti is good for eating with."
"I would not order from this place again , the aloo tikki was so dry and no sauces at all , and tikki tasted weird
The Hakka noodles was also very dry and had no schazwan flavor in it at all . Overall very disappointing"

"This was my first time trying Rasa and it was awesome! The chicken tikka was so flavorful and I felt like the portion size was very good for the cost. (PS it DOES come with rice!). "New fav Chinese spot! Got the pan fried noodles, chicken fried rice, Mongolian beef, and shrimp egg rolls. Everything was really well flavored, not overly greasy. Perfect! "
"tastes pretty good, its not chinese yangzhou fried rice more like malay or indo nasi goreng but lacks that fish sauce taste that makes nasi goreng a nasir goreng notheless I'd say its the only halal "fried rice" fried rice you can get in devon or possibly in chicago because rest are just south asian biryani in disguise but the portion of the food is so little i can't rate it higher , its not loaded with meats or shrimps yet the amount of rice is very little
I'd give it 2.5star but there's one 3star option"
