if you don't want to give out extra syrup, it would be beneficial to offer additional condiments on the menu page, rather than employees giving the dasher a hard time and being rude, when she was simply requesting an item she was asked to get.
Also putting sauces including ketchup packets on top of open food is against servsafe regulations, as those packets are touched bare handed by employees, training in the area of cross contamination is beneficial. especially if those same employees feel like they have the right to be rude to a 3rd party contractor.

The original chicken sandwich was my favorite. I'm not sure what or why but something changed. This one was quite nasty tasting. The honey mustard was very spicy yet that's not mentioned. I'm glad they didn't put it on the sandwich. I doubt if I order this again.

the whole order was correct and we enjoyed all of it, but it was kind of lukewarm when we got it. that could just be because the dasher took a really long time though. the Original Chicken Sandwich deal is worth it in my opinion!
