I ordered the Dinner Quesadillas (chicken), a Cheese Chile Relleno, and Queso Dip which also came with chips and salsa. The chile relleno is the best I have tasted in Gainesville! The quesadilla also had good flavor. The meal was a generous size; so much so that I could barely eat half. I will enjoy the leftovers tomorrow, which I can easily warm up in a toaster oven or conventional oven in the tray. This was my first time ordering from Las Carretas, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
