Incredibly flavourful food. The spicy lamb meatballs, the warm pita bread, the wide variety of healthy and tasty toppings and sauces make Cava special. I used to frequent the Manhattan branch, i'm glad they are finally in Gainesville.

I've never had a Cava bowl this empty... This was the first time I've been able to finish it in one sitting (usually I have at least a third left).
The taste of each ingredient was consistent with most Cavas I've eaten at, but there were barely any base grain/greens or toppings, so the flavors were not balanced, and I didn't use the sauces since it was already too salty (which is saying a lot since I like quite a bit of salt on my food).
All in all, I feel like it's not worth the money for this portion size especially if you're paying extra for delivery.

I was nervous to order from here since a lot of the reviews say orders come incorrect or missing items and im so glad that I did. The portion was great, tasty, all ingredients included, and food warm. It would be nice if they put hummus on the side but you can easily remove it because they put it on the side of the bowl. Overall the Greens + Grains Bowl was absolutely delish and I love how customizable it was. The pineapple apple mint drink was also good, didnt include ice but was nice and cold. ill definitely be ordering again!

Everything was covered in salt and pepper. The meat tasted old and also covered in a just salt and pepper. The pita chips are ok but I wouldn't buy them again. The blondie was like 2x2 inches and didn't taste all that good.

As usual, this restaurant just cannot fulfill orders on a schedule nor with the requested sides/ ingredients. Multiple items missing and the delivery time was about 2x what was advertised during the ordering process.
Amazingly, the same issues do not seem to happen in the Ocala branch.
