I could tell the ingredients were fresh, which I definitely appreciated, but overall the flavor didn’t stand out the way I had hoped. I also ordered the taco plate. The flavors themselves were decent, but the presentation and temperature took away from the experience—it arrived lukewarm and a bit messy, which made it less enjoyable than it could have been. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not the kind of meal that leaves a lasting impression. That being said, for the price point, the meal still carried good value for its portion. Vallarta clearly uses fresh ingredients, but there’s room for improvement in execution and consistency. I would give it try and order again some time later down the road."

I loved the thin pita bread and the chicken, garlic sauce and veggies in my wrap were juicy and flavorful. The seasoning was not typical of other shawarma I have had locally and a bit on the more mild but garlicky side. The fattoush salad was perfect, crunchy, tangy, flavorful! "Not great the shrimp pasta no taste at all. Just the heavy cream and it was burnt seems like it was sticky in the pan had lots of pieces with burnt ends. Pizza was not good and I was not able to substitute carnitas on our pizza for shrimp or chicken. Very disappointing on just how expensive it is and not like the food. Oh wait the side salad was ok. "
