Has little bits of something I can't quite place. But it's still good. Flan flavor could be better. Good texture lots of caramel. It oozes out at the first spoonful. But it tastes a litle bitter, like burnt. Not sure if it's because I tasted the capirotada first. I got the chicken salad because I thought of shredded chicken with onion and celery and Mayo kind of chicken salad. Beignets were kind of...well...nondescript. The photo showed several Beignets, so I was surprised to discover the order only comes with three. They were gone in short order, because...well...we needed another order given the discrepancy.
The Southern Peach Tea and Strawberry Lemonade were decent, but definitely didnt feel like we hit the jackpot after paying$7.77 apiece. No sugar rimmed anything...just some styrofoam cups & pretty decent bev.
But the crowning glory of the meal was the Huck's Combo. Beyond words. Just look at the picture. "

Everything was soooo delicious with good portions and all instructions were followed as well! Having been evacuated from the LA l've been sick with no appetite moving from one place to another.
