"I just had the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen with extra Chashu (Pork Belly)—and let me tell you, it was phenomenal! For $18.25, this bowl absolutely delivered on flavor, comfort, and satisfaction.
The broth was rich, creamy and deeply savory with that perfect umami punch that only tonkotsu and miso can bring together. Skipping the wood ear and mushrooms didn’t take away from the experience at all—it actually let the other ingredients shine even more.

My family and I come here for literally every birthday holiday but I only recently tried their specialty rolls- I've worked at many Asian & sushi restaurants but none are better than niwano hana. The Alligator Roll (8 Pieces) is phenomenal and I'd be lying if I said I dont crave it every night haha. My parents LOVE how fresh all their sushi/sashimi is and get their samurai platter every time so growing up I always got the Chicken Teriyaki which is a huge portion, perfectly cooked, so tender & absolutely delicious. 30 years eating here and it's only ever gotten better.
