I ordered a KitKat Brown Sugar Milk Tea (0% sugar, no ice, no cream) around 9 PM, and not only did it take a long time despite no other orders, but the drink was missing around 10% of its volume when served.
When I questioned this, the manager claimed that due to my customization, this was unavoidable and refused to fill the drink to the top—even with water. His justification that making more tea would take two hours left me baffled. Customers should not have to compromise on the quality or quantity of what they pay for.
It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and professionalism. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, but until improvements are made, I won’t be returning."
