"this is my first time ever ordering from any Popeyes location. I ordered some chicken wings in there new honey lemon pepper flavor which I recommend highly! they're breading is crunchy and the flavor is fantastic! the food was delivered while it was still warm which is always a plus in my book. The only reason that I couldn't give them a perfect score was that I also ordered their apple cinnamon pie. I did not receive the apple cinnamon pie. It was my driver who informed me that the pie was not available and informed me of this only after my delivery was on its way to me. I understand that sometimes you run out or sell out of menu items but you've got to give me a chance to have that information before my order leaves your restaurant! I also thought it would have been nice to offer some sort of replacement menu item as well."

"I ordered the lamb rolled and the lamb was SO tough. It was clearly overcooked and I feel like I was chewing for five minutes each bite. My fries also had zero seasoning. I'm very confused, because I have been a patron in this restaurant and the comparison is astronomical.The quality of food was very disappointing. I don't know what happened to the food quality, but I won't be purchasing again.
