"The Auntie Anne's Footlong Pretzels are great, and reasonably priced IMO. But the All-American Club? Wow, I just paid 16 bucks + tax + DoorDash fees for a bunch of bread, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Where's the MEAT? When I opened up the sandwich to add some mustard (which wasn't an option), I didn't even see the meat, I had to practically pull the whole sandwich apart before I noticed a very thin layer of ham and turkey. And the advertised "crisp bacon" with the photo of generous slices of bacon was a joke. I found one soggy slice of bacon on the sandwich. Then when I ate the damn sandwich, I didn't really taste the meat either, I just got a mouthful of soggy bread with lettuce and too much mayo.
I don't blame the delivery person at all, not her fault. I don't even know if it was the sandwich preparer's fault (or maybe it was). Perhaps the food service employees are instructed to go skimpy, I don't know. I just know paying that much for a bunch of bread and lettuce isn't satisfactory. I know food prices are high, but at these prices, at least make the damn sandwiches the way they appear in your ads and menus."

It made my son so happy (he hasn't been able to swallow food for 2 years and is on TPN - basically eating through his veins) So took a chance and it played off big time. He was able to manage a few bites and his face lit up with joy as your soup brought him back to his younger days where he would eat 2 bowls of Marie Callendat'e Briccolu Cheddar Siup and devour the salad bar. I have tried for the last 3 years trying to accomplish this myself So couldn't achieve it. Mine was good but not like this.

"I feel obliged to back off on my previous review for The Burger. Apparently the meat was changed from Wagyu to "American" beef, and it made a world of difference, and not in a good way. "The Boneless Wings were tiny, like half the size of a normal boneless wing. The Cesar salad had way too much cheese. There was quite a bit of cayenne on the corn on the cob, which was not supposed to be there. The add on avocado for my salad was only 3 thin slices for $1.60. The avocado ranch dressing was ranch with a small chunk of avocado thrown in the cup. None of the dips / dressings were labeled as to what they were.
The driver had good communication, however, left the delivery on the ground and not on the stand as stated in my instructions. The cold salad was sideways in the same bag as the hot dishes. "
