Immediately there was a funky smell upon opening it. The broth was incredibly bland and they didn't include onion (which is a pho standard). The order was also very small. I would say half the size of regular order a most Pho places. Only 3 pieces of beef too. The Shrimp Summer Rolls were also very skinny and tough, and the sauce to accompany was like sludge and not a good flavor - couldn't taste peanut or plum sauce at all."
