The portions were very large for me- I split everything in half and still was not able to eat half in one sitting. I am vegetarian so I got the Tofu Veggie Pho and it was delicious. The veggies were crisp and fresh, the noodles were perfect, and the broth and sauces were so yummy. Everything paired together just perfectly. I ordered most of their sides as well and they were all great, but the standout by far is their veggie spring Egg Rolls ; they were flaky and crunchy and fresh and the roll to veggie ratio was perfection.
