"The Menudo was delicious, bold and full of flavor! I half-expected it to arrive luke warm and leaking but it arrived piping hot and not a drop spilled. La Mexicana spent extra money, time and care on good quality preparation and packaging. They hooked it up with all the essentials too! "We have tried Pig Iron before but not since they refreshed the menu and prices. Glad to have given them another try because everything was delicious and reasonably priced.
The CLASSIC burger was cooked perfectly, juicy, and came with fresh ingredients. The PIGGY COBB (WHOLE) was fresh and awesome. We added the tri-tip and were pleased with that add on. The Pig Iron fries were well cooked and they didn't skimp on the order.
The kids Mini Corn Dogs were plentiful, had a batter that was light and flavorful. We also had to add the Margarita cocktail to try. It was one of the best Margarita's we have had in a long time.
Overall, we loved dinner and wanted to shout out the changes that Pig Iron has made to be somewhere we can go more often. "
