Taco + Consomé was delicious! Birria Stew was packed with meat-I would've liked more consomé , but delish either way!!!

It wasn't really what I've come to expect from ordering Birria. Maybe this spot is advertised differently in person but from the picture I was thinking it would be closer to what I've ordered from other places with cheese and the tortillas would be kind of fried, possibly with the extra dipping side. These were more like shredded beef was just dipped in the birria sauce then placed onto two soft corn tortillas and boxed up. Maybe I'm just spoiled from other restaurants but I probably won't order again.

Ordered the "taco + consume" 1. Shouldnt be charged nearly $6 more just for the broth and one single taco. The whole attraction to birria (for me atleasti)s the consume on the side for dipping. But the Tortilla was very mushy, not cooked in consume, and melted cheese. So I Had to eat meal with a fork because it fell apart. Meat had good flavor, slightly too salty but really flavorful and spicy which I love.

See my photo, is that Birria Bowl something you'd pay $16 for? Is my shot of Chips and Salsa with a tiny plastic cup and 5x more chips than you need what you think of when you read that? What is going with the world? We are normalizing this and it has to stop.
