"I was surprised to find out I could order bass as it is not normally an offered choice in restaurants offering Fish and Chips. The bass is beautifully cooked catfish style dusted in cornmeal. "This is always hit or miss, and it's so disappointing when it's a miss. When it's the right cook it's made well. Today was not, it wasn't pot roast at all. It was meat and gravy with one single carrot slice and a few tiny bits of potato. No onions celery or other ingredients. Also they consistently forget to put the cornmuffin in with any to go meal.
