So far we’ve had the Beef Fajita, Carnitas, Chicharrón, and Al Pastor tacos, and every single one has been phenomenal. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and made with care. You can tell they take pride in serving authentic cuisine instead of cutting corners.
The tacos come loaded with fresh onions and cilantro, and the meats are packed with flavor. Every bite reminded us why simple, authentic street tacos are so hard to beat.

The Biscuits & Sausage Gravy was a big disappointment as well. The gravy container was only half full - and tasteless. No sausage in it at all.

"We've wanted to try Salomay for a while. We ordered the 16OZ STRAWBERRY LEMONADE, 16OZ CARAMEL FRAPPE, NUTELLA OR DARK CHOCOLATE, CHICKEN PESTO, and BREAKFAST SPECIAL. By far, the BREAKFAST SPECIAL was our favorite. A slight crunch with the perfect balance of flavor. Least favorite was the CHICKEN PESTO. The chicken was unseasoned and beyond bland. Unfortunately, the other ingredients didn't add much. If it's me, I'd pass on that in the future. The 16OZ STRAWBERRY LEMONADE was sweet but not overtly so. Great balance. The frappe was delicious. I'd ask them to tone down the sweetness on futures orders but great overall. Our next order, a platter of BREAKFAST SPECIALs along with 16OZ CARAMEL FRAPPEs. Then we'll add in a couple new items for tasting. If you're on the fence, don't be! Try this place and grab 2-4 items for sharing. We have so much left over so the portions were nice as well."
