There was no whipped cream for the Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes and they used such a small container to pack them in that all thepancakes were smashed together. No chocolate syrup either.
Very disappointing and a complete waste of $30+. "

Their Breakfast Burrito is my go to for breakfast and my girlfriend loves their Croissant sandwich but she's not a fan of eggs, so we have it removed (although sometimes we keep it so I can eat the egg patty haha). I can confidently say, after ordering many times, BB Donuts has no issue with customizing orders to their customer's taste and they are incredibly consistent. And they always throw in a little bonus snack! Today it was a dozen of Ana's favorite glazed donut holes. Sometimes it's a donut, sometimes it's several donut holes. Yum!

However, I spent more money today…so figure. And you think since they know this is a DoorDash order, and you can’t ask for hot sauce packets on DD, they would at least try to put a couple packets in just in case we want it. That’s part of what makes the wings good!! Portion size was good. And I'm not sure if I would order again... maybe not on the same day as the people that work today as it seems, they didn't care as much in preparing my order as a whole. "The food was terrible. Im really unsure how this place is still here. Weve ordered from here numerous times over a long period of time and it's just always been bad. Our latest order was definitely the last time we will order from here. We ordered two bowls and all the protein in both bowls was burnt and very scarce. 85 percent of both bowls was just rice which somehow they screwed up too as it was overcooked and mushy. I dont know why I keep wasting money, maybe im just hopeful this place will be good again like when in opened in the early 2000s"
