For example, I always loved the spicy chicken sandwich. But the last several times I've had it, it wasn't as good. I've seen where they barely put any sauce on it (spicy mayo) and I've gotten it where it looks like it was stepped on before they wrapped it and sent it out. Lately it seems like their sandwiches are microwaved or something. Not as good as it always was. I'll still order from them from time to time but it's no longer a go to for me."
