"Ordered 3 steak tacos. What arrived were 3 tacos with less than 4 pieces of steak on each (!!! grrrrr !!!) a skiff of lettuce, likely a tablespoon of salsa, and a ridiculous amount of sour cream. For $17? Hell no. Got in the car. Drove to the location. Manager on duty couldn't care less. Asked me to step aside to tell her the issue. As an already-paid-but-nothing-to-show-for-it disrespected customer who had to DRIVE there, no, I wasn't willing to step aside. We stayed at the counter to have her address it. She wouldn't apologize, she wouldn't concede the quality was lacking, or exhibit any desire to make it right. Just a blank stare back. Do better Chipotle. In quality, in leadership at a store level, and deliver a $17 entree. With all the effort made to right it made on my part, zero effort at Chipotle or the with store leader tonight, I drove back to my house with 3 steak tacos that actually had steak in them. Shame to this location and their lack of quality control. What an apathetic location Do better. Beware before selecting this location for a to-go/DoorDash order.

"The potatoes in the Oscar's Wicked Skillet were burned and there were very little vegetables in it. The jalapeños were even burned. The Cinnamon Rolls was hard on the bottom, like it sat in a warmer for too long. They usually put the icing in a cup on the side, instead they put it on the cinnamon roll while it was still hot and it had melted all over, making it soggy in places. It was inedible and I had to throw it away. I was really disappointed because their food is usually excellent but this order makes me reconsider getting food from them again. For the prices I paid I expected way better quality."

"I try to like Cafe Rio, but it's not for me. The meats taste like they are seasoned the same, just added ingredients to make them "different." The tomatillo ranch had one overpowering ingredient. if it was taken down slightly, it would have been well balanced. I ordered double rice and double meat. I got a Burrito filled with rice and barely any meat so the cilantro rice took over the entire Burrito . . . they give the "extra" meat in a 4oz on the side, when it should go in the burrito. ESPECIALLY when there's double rice. I don't want to unwrap the burrito to put the meat in there and wrap it back up... that's why I ordered double meat for the burrito. Not sure why they started putting it on the side.
Overall, Cafe Rio has strong flavors that overpower the other and I couldn't taste the meat over the rice.
