"Ordered a lettuce wrap and 10pc artichokes to be ready for pick up at 12:01, show up a bit after around 12:16 expecting my food to be ready, it was not i had to wait an additional 4-6 min for the artichokes which I would normally not mind if I had not placed the order ahead and expected it to be ready for pick up 15 minutes prior to me showing up. Upon receiving my order I leave bag in hand and upon arriving back to work no lettuce wrap. I call asking what happened and if I could be refunded as I cannot go back due to work. To my surprise I was hung up on overall not a good expirience with the quality of service I received. Got a $26 10pc of artichokes can't say it was worth it."
