You also even made sure that each individually packaged Box, had been secured safely, by first, placing a beautiful, golden, Cake Board, underneath each item, before assembling the Pastries into each of their own boxes, and sealing them, with tape, to take the extra steps, ensuring the Cakes, and Tartes did not slide, fall over, or smash into the sides of the boxes, while being delivered.

I am used to having it from another place where you can basically cut the steak with your fork. The crust was ok but it was totally bland. I am pretty sure it's just a frozen piece of chicken fried steak that they just fry up when it's ordered. The Country Gravy was the best part. It wasn't all that flavorful either but out of the entire meal it had the most flavor and was decent. The eggs were cooked well and the hashbrowns were undercooked. We ordered a side of Pork Sausage and they were both good at all. I gave one to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it, so that should tell you something. Honestly, if I crave Chicken Fried Steak I have a go to and I will stick with them. The other place is a lot more but it's actually a quality meal. You get what you pay for here. And it's not anything to bring me back to try their breakfast again."

"I was really looking forward to trying Hala Express because my family and I love Mediterranean food and have enjoyed it at many other restaurants. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had.
The lamb tikka was so spicy that it was inedible. The rice was overcooked and burnt, the vegetables were undercooked, and overall the food lacked flavor. Considering how much we paid, we expected a much higher quality meal.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called the restaurant simply to let them know how disappointed we were. Rather than apologizing or showing any concern, the manager responded by saying it wasn’t his fault and came across as rude. I had already received a refund through DoorDash, so I wasn’t calling to ask for money back—I just wanted the restaurant to be aware of our experience in the hope that they would take the feedback seriously.
Sadly, the food and the way our concerns were handled left a very negative impression. There are plenty of other Mediterranean restaurants that serve much better food and provide far better customer service. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here."
