I used to go here a lot, but this time I accidentally chose the matcha love instead of the matcha latte. I went back to ask if they could add milk "for a matcha latte" and the barista made that accomodation. However, they ended up adding cream instead of milk? I wouldn't be so upset if the drink was $5 like it says at the outside of the store, but it was $7-8!!
If I made a lapse in judgement as potentially cream could be used in all N7 matcha lattes (instead of milk). Then please be more transparent with your customers! "
