It's my first experience of abundance. But this meal has so many options! If I have an out of town friend comes to San Jose, I would introduce them this. (If they're ok with eating meat). It's a simple meal but with so many extras. It deserves to be a To-Do Checklist in town. I would treat my favorite kids to this place when they achieve something I'm proud of them for.
