The addresses are not prominent unless to click the store info tab, so I inadvertently ordered from the Santa Clara location when the Campbell location is around the corner from me. I typically won't order fries from any restaurants that are more than a couple miles from me because I don't want cold, mushy fries. That being said, you could tell the restaurant honored my request for extra crispy CRINKLE FRIES but by the time they made it to me they were cold and mushy. And by no fault of the driver. The fries were decent but I think they would have been better if they didn't come from several miles away. The JALAPENO CHEDDAR burger was good. Also lukewarm when it arrived. Again, not the Dasher's fault. They actually seasoned it better than they do at the Campbell location and had it been hot I think it would have been really good. They didn't give me the extra cheese I ordered and paid for on the burger but the flavors were good enough that it wasn't missed. I added, not subbed, American cheese. They didn't give me the Cheddar cheese. They just did the American. I should have had double cheese and I not. This constantly happens with this chain though. But they followed all the other notes, which I appreciated. And unfortunately, by the time the Mint Chip shake arrived it was melty. It tasted good but o couldn't really taste the malt I had added and paid for."
