Beef Sukiyaki Udon was very tasty, and the udon was thick and perfectly cooked. Deliciously slurpy.
Salmon Kama 1pc was odd. Really inexpensive for the amount given, but it seemes to be deep fried. So 1) some of the thinner sections were basically jerky and 2) kama is usually quite fatty already, so this being deep fried means it's absolutely drenched in oil.
If I skipped the kama entirely, this was a solid 4. It's currently a 3.5 so let's round up. Everything was portioned well and priced well."

I'm not really sure how it's this hard unless they are keeping it at a really high temperature, because I've kept white rice in a warm cooker overnight before and it didn't get this hard... Good thing I had the curry. Almost has the texture of rice kept overnight in a fridge with no lid.

"i suggest going in person at night (at least that's what i did) i've never ordered online but trust me, this is the best pho i've ever had & the fresher the better, table side they have the usual sauces & oils. i got the small and i couldn't finish it, my roomate who eats quite a bit finished the noodles but didn't finish the broth and took it home. other than the pho, the avocado smoothie, the mango smoothie & the sugar cane drink? 10/10 staff is friendly and lets you take your time (no interruptions during eating). i would definitely eat here again! i also love their story (found on the physical menu) please support this small business. they deserve it."

the Banh Chuoi Nuong (Bake Banana Cake) was interesting, I'd never had it or seen it on a menu before. there were some green onions on it that I didn't understand and may have been accidental 😅 it's not overly sweet, and has peanuts on top.
Thai Ice Tea is pretty standard though one suggestion would be to get a boba tea machine to put the lid on. thankfully they delivered it in a bag, because some of it spilled on its way to me.
