I'm not really sure how it's this hard unless they are keeping it at a really high temperature, because I've kept white rice in a warm cooker overnight before and it didn't get this hard... Good thing I had the curry. Almost has the texture of rice kept overnight in a fridge with no lid.

Didn't completely finish it because of the high concentration of grease attacking my intestines. The burger is pretty big, so, there's that. Doesn't help they got my order wrong by giving me a Mt. Dew instead of Sprite- like I originally ordered. The fries were fine. Not some of the best but they were solid. Don't mean to sound like a "Karen" but I figured I save you the $25 or at the very least spend it elsewhere. First and last time. Don't see myself ordering here again."

They were mushy and not fresh. They ran out of the Strawberry Matcha Cloud and I substituted with the matcha with extra lavender foam, and it was just straight lavender syrup no foam. "I rarely post complaints, by luck and being careful I either get what I want, or something good but not for me. However, this is a case where it's great food, but the orders are not taken carefully, and they seem to be careless in preparation. I ordered the Batada Wada, and they arrived under cooked, but when I air-fried them, they were excellent; and I got a coconut chutney I paid for, but at the expense of the green and tamarind chutneys they said would come. Today, my main dish (Paneer Puff) is *excellent*, but my Iced Chai arrived nice and warm, and there was no straw for my (delicious) Sweet Lime Juice, which made it awkward to open and drink in my current set-up. I seriously enjoy the food, but I hope things can be more under control in their kitchen, so when the food comes, it can be appreciated for the clear quality and love that goes into the menu."
