Chicken that came was about 3x3in and too dry to cut with a metal steak knife. Note that this was off the "specialty menu". Nothing special at all! Tortilla soup was literally just broth and in a tiny..maybe 2 cup bowl. I added the crappy tiny cup of tortilla strips and dry/crummy grated cheese to it and it was just blah. Ive been to JT in person and it was sooo much better. Only "pro" I could say is that the chips and green sauce was on point.
