My only complaint is that they packaged the cake and the ice cream together in the same flimsy Styrofoam clam-shell container then placed that in the bag on top of the rest of the hot food. So a bit of an ice-cream mess in the bag. I also ordered a gallon of Sweet Iced Tea, but they gave me a half-gallon. I thought it looked small but wasn't sure until I got home; the container says half gallon. However, the receipt says a I was charged for a gallon. An honest mistake, I'm sure."

"Meats pasta had very very little sauce and there was absolutely no flavor. The Cinnabon rolls tasted like they had been sitting for a long time- kind of dry and almost stale tasting. I would not order either of these items again. A separate issue was they did not send the $38 pizza which was the main reason for ordering. We had to request a refund and then reorder the pizza to get it delivered. Not a good experience overall."

"The costumer service was so good, I didn't know exactly how to order wings and have half lemon pepper and half bbq and I called them and the worker put my name down and had the specific instructions to do half and half and they did! The food got here in good time and it was absolutely delicious. The ranch is so good too! It was still very hot and fresh when it got here. Well the biscuits were not with either of the 6 piece meals. This is actually the second time it has happened that I did not receive biscuits with the meals that is was suppose to come with. Also both of my 6 piece meals come with two sides. My Hubby and I always like to just have wedges for both of our sides with both of our meals. And from the looks of it. We only received one side of wedges for both. I don't like to leave bad reviews usually. Cause I know people make mistakes. But when you pay almost 60$ for two meals and only get one side with each 6 piece and you're suppose to get two then that can be a problem."
