"My fav late night cheesesteak. Its not authentic. The beef is more like beef strips. Not shaved. Also the cheese isnt pure provolone or covered in whiz but has a nice american cheese type flavor. The potato salad was like something from a food service tub and the mashed potatoes had like no butter and salt. KFC's mashed potatoes are better and that is not a good thing at all."

The portions are great. I couldn't wait to take a bite. The brisket was too firm. The had brisket from everywhere and this was not good. A good brisket feeds without breaking and melts in your mouth. This was a tough over cooked thick cut of meat.
Similar review on the ribs. These pork ribs felt more like beef ribs. They were tough and had to enjoy. Good pork ribs should fall off the bone and easy to eat, this was not that.
