"There used to be a location in Downtown LA which was on my way home from work, so I decided to try it and I knew I was definitely gonna start eating there at least once a week. I wasn't able to eat there again because they ended up closing the location the following week, talk about bad luck. This was a few years ago and I couldn't look up different locations because I couldn't remember what the name of the place was. I had specifically asked for extra lettuce and tomatoes, but they did the opposite and added more chicken and beef instead. The meat also tasted bland and seemed boiled, with no real flavor.
