When I received the salad- I got only the checked items. Only turkey, cheese, bacon and tomatoes. No lettuce or croutons? There is not a check box to INCLUDE lettuce- but I didnt get it. With tip , cost of salad and other fees- it was a 30$ salad!!! For cheese, bacon, tomatoes and NINE bits of turkey!!!
