"The store is called Nina's Waffles and Ice Cream right? Then why did neither of my waffles come with ice cream? There's not even an option to add a scoop of ice cream. Or even a "make your own waffle." On top of that, when our waffles arrived they were ROCK hard. We used steak knives to cut them up.
The premade options were limited and nothing sounded like something for me so I just ordered a plain waffle (praying it would come with ice cream for the price). For my plain waffle, I added strawberries ($1+) sprinkles ($.55) whipped cream ($1?) and cannoli cream ($2+). I was given MAYBE 2 strawberries cut up, about a teaspoon of cannoli cream, a small sprinkling of jimmies and 2 little dollops of whipped cream. It was all just plopped on there with no sense of pride or presentation.
My husband's apple pie waffle didn't come with ice cream even though the photo shows ice cream.. and again.. it's in the name of the store. Neither one of us was impressed by the flavors and certainly not by the dry stale tasting waffle. So disappointed.. it was one of those days where dessert could have made all the difference."

"Legendary Honey BBQ Chicken SuperMelt has almost no chicken on it now, got 2 this week with 3 tiny chicken fingers, and I mean fingers as in child fingers they were that small, cut in half, with most of the chicken only on 1 piece of bread. the mashed potatoes were nasty and tastes like instant mash potatoes. The waffle fries were cold and soggy and tasted like they weren't cooked all the way. Not to mention the portions are so damn small for it to be this expensive and not tasty! I love comming here cause the woman who owns it is so nice, but either her team is letting her down by serving this bad of food or she's turning a blind eye."
