"I usually LOVE Jack in the Box. Tonight the patty on my Jumbo Jack was burned & dry. The outside of the bun was really wet/soggy like it had been sitting in water. Both large orders of curly fries were room temperature (nowhere close to hot or even warm) & both texture & taste seemed like they were old or had been sitting out a long time. I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.
I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both..."

"I like their Bone In Wings (Full). They are simple and not over fried. I recently got the hot honey which is simple, thin and not too sweet, not too hot. I got the sauce on the side and when they arrived, I tossed them in the sauce and air fried them. They charred a bit which I liked, and they were juicy inside.
A full order is usually 12-14 wings. They are not crispy, again, I like it that way. You can crisp them in the air fryer if you want.
Only complaint is that usually when the food arrives, the tops on the sauces have popped off from the heat and have leaked.
I like that they line the takeaway container with aluminum foil. "
