Both large orders of curly fries were room temperature (nowhere close to hot or even warm) & both texture & taste seemed like they were old or had been sitting out a long time. They ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl, the Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken, a side of grilled shrimp, a salad, and a breadstick. They told me everything was absolutely delicious. The Southwest Chicken Bowl was fresh and flavorful, the mac & cheese was creamy and indulgent with perfectly cooked chicken, and the grilled shrimp was seasoned just right. Even the salad and breadstick were fresh and satisfying.
Most importantly, they said the entire meal arrived in great condition and tasted wonderful. They gave everything a full 5-star rating and truly appreciated both the quality of the food and the comfort it brought during such a heavy season in their lives.
