"this was my first time trying Taiwanese Cold Noodles 台式涼麵 and i was a tad bit nervous i wouldn't like it because i'm normally not a salad person, but i love noodle dishes. turns out this dish was a hit for me! the ingredients were very fresh and they gave me a sizeable portion even in their smallest size.
ive had some issues in the past with other boba places undercooking their pearls, but cha nailed it with the perfect amount of chewiness. i could also tell that their Matcha Latte wasn't low quality at all and had a lovely flavor (if you're into that sort of thing)!
