The fried were cold and hard as well. One burger was as expected. The other was disappointing swimming in ketchup and at least 1 of the Patties wasn't turned while cooking. It was only being so thin one could argue raw vs rare. pretty sad $35 for fast food. Not even able to add beverages because of costs and that is WITH a 50% off coupon. I need to find another once in while treat. This experience was hotrible"

"I would've given them a heart except I had asked that they give me extra malt vinegar. I received two small containers of malt vinegar and they gave me extra tartar sauce. Whoever fills the orders needs to read special instructions that are given. The sweet potato fries were OK. One of the fries was so large it did not cook all the way through. The clams were very good. The fish just what you would expect from H salt fish. It was crispy, tender, moist and yummy"
