"Large Oxtail dinner and small order of only Jerk chicken were both really delicious. They followed all special instructions/requests accurately down to the last detail. The portion size to price ratios were decent and appropriate as it relates to the meat. For example, they didn't overfill the oxtail dinner container with the rice & peas and cabbage to take up more room resulting in less meat being added. The dish is chicken 140. Chicken Chow Mei Fun It tastes amazing just plain, no super-hot sauce to hide poor flavors.
The portion literally expands when opened & fluffed. It's a huge portion with lots of fresh-tasting chicken pieces, not the nasty strips many places use.
Most places will not honor special requests or say they do but actually don't. I know this because I deliver for a living. 140. Chicken Chow Mei Fun is my goto Chinese food dish. I can't handle super-spicy food that's all the rage now.
I have terrible teeth problems so crunchy or tough & chewy food is out.

"Pickup order was ready at the promised time. We really enjoyed some of the food items while others were just okay. Was disappointed that two of the eight pieces of sushi in the Sushi Regular entree were shrimp. They were super rubbery in texture and looked old. I also thought that this was pretty cheap of the restaurant to include two of these in the dinner entree. The Black Pepper Tuna Salad was excellent. It contained fresh lettuce and a plentiful portion of peppered tuna. There was no avocado included in the salad (as shown in the picture). The Spicy Maki Combo was also good. The maki rolls were a good size and tasted fresh. The Beef with Broccoli was a large portion, but average in flavor. No one liked the fried rice that came with the beef with broccoli. The Wonton in Szechuan Sauce were not what I was expecting. The wontons were drowning in a thai peanut sauce and only had a small spoonful of szechuan sauce on top. I thought that the wontons would have been coated in a generous helping of szechuan sauce with maybe a drizzle of peanut sauce. This was not the case. The wontons were way too sweet and ended up in the trash. Will consider trying Diner's Haven again at some point in the future."

"Beef Bone Broth Noodle Soup is my favorite dish here, so far. I've gotten it about 3 times and it is one of the very few noodle dishes that you can order off their "late night menu", which is how I came across and it is Excellent! Even if it's a bit pricey, the amount that you get is totally worth it, and I typically get at least two maybe three meals worth from one soup...Every time I've gotten it, it's deliciousI. It tastes fresh every time, the noodles are stored separately from the beef bone broth to maintain their integrity (not get soggy) on top of the soup below to ensure everything is warm and ready to eat. I also enjoyed the Wonton Egg Drop Soup, as well as the Singapore Mei Fun (Jumbo Shrimp & Chicken). Very delicious, consistent quality and I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
