My Steamed Broccoli was undercooked even for being steamed. We used to like this restaurant, and order their steaks frequently. In the past, they used to get the order right. But paying their steep price, with no drinks included, you expect the food to be cooked correctly. You also expect the correct items to be received, not swapped for a cheaper quality cut or weight.
